If a new user is gonna complain about a 5 minuite (give or take) new user app, then how are they gonna post, chat or play games if taking 5 mins to fill out an app bothers them? If someone is gonna complain about that, i don't really see how they are going to be motivated to be an active user. They are gonna give up BBS'ing and go back to the web where they don't have to type much. If people arn't calling your BBS because of a new user app, then make a guest account. I do beleive Cnet supports one as does Synch.
