A decent usenet message editor.
or
Have it import them into a bbs with
squash, jam, *.msg, etc message base
support. ;)

2:
p2p - file base application with long file name support and lightbar support.
or just something that will link file bases all togethier from accross
different boards.


I know these have been done, but I think the version that have been done
were abandon and needs to be updated or improved.
