It's kinda like all the crap that Windows has pre-installed that isn't optional. It's installed wether you like it or not. Some people don't like IE, some people don't like Outlook, some people don't like MSN messenger, and of course the list goes on. It's the same as that. And at least for most things, when you are installing Windows, you can select a nd deslect what is to be installed or not. Altho sometimes Windows just decides to install it anyways.
