He didn't say pre-installed, he said pre-configured.  In other words, 
anyone who sets up a Synchronet BBS is NOT automatically linked to DoveNet.
It must be configured and set up by the individual sysops.  Doesn't sound
like auto-rammed to me.  TW, ever consider asking g00r00 to have 
XpresitNet pre-configured in Mystic?  Just a thought.
