Alittle too good, to the point where actually being able to FIND what you are looking for in those massive amount of docs becomes extensive and difficult. So I have two suggestions. #1 - make the docs built into sychronet's gui as an indexed windows help doc. #2 - as far as his time limitations, have new Sysops direct questions at fellow sysops, and maybe have someone run an alternate synchronet support site who has alittle more time. Kinda like liquid and mysticsupport.com does for Mystic. This takes alot of heat off of James.
