Teach him the importance of off-site storage. What if a thief made off with the
setup, or the fire suppression goes off, or if the place should burn down...
Ask him if he would like to still be in business, or if he would rather retire.
Forbid if he gets a case of the "Should-a: Could-a: Would-a:"s
