I share the same opinions as you do. I love FreeBSD over Linux. (Not to induce
a holy war by any means. Just my personal opinion.) The thing I find so
attractive about it is the same "team" of individuals that programs the kernel
programs all the other system binaries too. Or at least reviews them. So every
thing from the Kernel, System libraries, Sendmail to ls is all wrapped up in
the default OS with the source being audited by the FreeBSD team.
