'The Complete FreeBSD' published by Walnut Creek CDROM Books?
 Mine was imported to Sweden and I know for sure that approx. $200 (1 USD is 
usually 8 SEK, or there about) is way beyond what I paid for it.

 But, on the other hand. It might have changed a lot since FreeBSD 2.2.6 ...
