'Tis a sad statement about my own maintenance of my own list. I had an email 
conversation with Cricket Liu in 1999 when the 3rd edition came out. The 4th 
edition was just placed on order at my office and will arrive, hopefully, next 
week.

The change has been made to the file to reflect the new information and will 
appear in the March 1 posting.
