Hello,

I am moderator of the LINUX-USER echo also available in zone 1 and others. It 
is dedicated to helping newbies and experianced Linux user and has stricter 
rules of conduct than the Linux echo.

I would appreciate it if you could incorpate the above info in your
'Guidelines'
