The author of the how-to FAQ file seems to assume everyone has
W9x so not having it would invalidate any promises he made that
it would install. ZipSlack is a DOS/Win Microsoft
interdependent application apparently. 

Shouldn't be that way but that's how the install was designed
to be from what I've read and been told here so far.
