when i first started getting the cvs version, there was another file that had 
to be gotten and opened to supply some additional files... when sqafix was 
added, there was talk of another file that is/was necessary... i've not been 
back to the site in a while... could you please refresh my memory on the site 
to go to and what the additional file is that's needed??
