The "lowwer letter" isn't the issue.... Consistancy of the letter for various 
stuff is.

Thinking again about this line, you may need to add in a letter besides the new 
area letter.  I don't think I've run with just the new area letter on this 
line.....

Hmmmm....

There again, when I implemented SqaFix, I already had a bunch of echo areas, 
and defined letters for my needs at that time, and with at least four different 
sources of echomail material, I did have to break things out to get the 
automated adding to function the way I wanted....
