From memory, Windows NT 3.1, which I have a copy around here some place.

Then Windows NT 3.5, then I forget because MS started blending the names 
between the NT versions and the DOS based versions.  From memory,, Win 2K was 
NT based.  Prior to Windows XP, if the OS was targeted for business and not 
home use, it was NT based, otherwise the OS used the older DOS / Windows 3.1 
for it's heritage....
