Ok.  I'd have to look up the definition on this line to check syntax....

 SR> UpLink  63:63/0    -N -p63:63/264    Areafix    AC* ASP*

I use files instead of area name masks with my Uplink stuff.....

 SR> NewAreaNotify  =63:63/0 TCOB1.STATS

Don't think I've used that one....

 SR> NewAreaGroup   =63:63/0 X

I'm not sure I use NewAreaGroup either....  Hmmmm....  I must, because 
someplace I'm setting the new group to a different letter for my usage.....

 SR> NewAreaNodes   =63:63/0 63:63/263

Hmmmm....  I'd have to look up to see if the equal signs on =63:63/0 on most of 
the lines is a problem....

 SR> NewAreaFlags   =63:63/0 -p63:63/264 -$m100 -$d3

Is '=63:63/0 -p63:63/264 -$m100 -$d3' being added to each newly created echo 
area in your squish.cfg file?  If so, I think the equal sign is probably the 
problem.
