Subj : Squish/Linux and MSG files To : Sean Rima From : Bob Jones Date : Sat Nov 01 2003 11:48 am SR> That is what I thought and I route all my Zone 1 SR> netmails via 1:261/38 but they are still there. in the route.cfg I have: SR> Route Normal 1:261/38 1:All One other WARNING about the above route statement.... In ALL versions of Squish, a normal mail packet can be impacted by later send or route statements. It definately will be impacted if the initial send or route statement uses NoArc..... You can consider the line Send Normal NoArc z:nnn/yyy a NO-OP in Squish. And the line: Route Normal NoArc z:nnn/yyy 1:ALL or similar, followed by a line that processes mail for node z:nnn/yyy (as if the previous line was not ther) will result in all the routed mail being diverted to the new location. I never got this point across to Scott as a "bug", so consider it a "feature" of squish..... To solve the problem, use Crash, Hold or Direct when dealing with non-archived mail packets, and be carefle with archived mail packets.... Take care.....
