Subj : Sqafix under Linux To : Sean Rima From : Bob Jones Date : Sat Nov 01 2003 11:23 am SR> For the darn life of me I cannot get sqafix/linux to SR> autocreate areas from Non fidonet system. SQAFIX is not as well tested for compiling and other errors as Squish or Maximus for the open sourced version. If you don't have needed subdirectories already set up, it is possible that there are issues with that. Also, if you are using relative paths, there may be some issues there. Also, I haven't got my "quick fixes" concerning case well documented or cleaned up to work in all cases yet. So, you can get bit on linux file system case sensitivity also..... How much time can you afford to help debug SqaFix? I take it that you have it working for at least one fidonet zone. Maybe we only have SQAFIX currently working for the default zone. Hmmmm.... Have you tried a seperate configuration for the alternate zones, where you run sqafix standalone for just that zone? Thanks for any feed back. Take care.....
