There was no changes using cvs so I did it by hand and removed all the dos 
cr/lf to unix using dos2unix for all *.c and *.h in sqafix.

That removed a few warnings but not many. I must spend some time and clean 
these up.

As I have removed all the *.mex from the ./m directory max doesnt work too 
well. Has the compiler been fixed yet?
