I've received e-mail from Pete overnight.  Everything is ok to publish under 
GPL as far as I can tell....  Just need to get this setup and tested and then 
loaded into CVS.  I still need to play with install options and get the 
documentation cleaned up.....

You didn't put a smiley face after that, so I'll add info....

I didn't have access to the net to get things looked up....  The worm / virus 
that was attacking boxes running various Microsoft OS releases yesterday.  

Let's see....

Correct name is MSBlast worm.....
