I'll try to remember to respond to this in the MUFFIN echo....

Basically, I also use DLC in my OS/2 setup.  I don't have an equivalent yet 
under Linux.  I think I could write AWK (or PERL) scripts could do the job.  I 
won't touch this for some time.

For the others, the software isn't required, but may have some nice features.  
Does anyone know if the authors would be willing to provide the source code 
under a free license (like GNU GPL or the BSD license)?  Any author contact 
info?
