Greetings Roy!

   A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, a coded message from Roy J. 
Tellason to Don Guy was intercepted...

 RJT> I first run PolyXArc to yank the *.pkt files out of whatever

I finally found my problem--in PktSort.Cfg, I had set PacketDirectory to a 
directory to something other than where the uncompressed packets were being 
put.  D'Oh!
