What If I brutally murder a person, make guitar strings of thier entrails, Use 
the skin for a cover on my bible, and use the meat in a stew.  Am I entitled to 
the equivalent of 36k a year.  Room and Board, Better medical care than 50% of 
the citizens, access to education, and the best darn lobby trying to keep my 
ass alive.  

Hell, who wouldn't kill somebody for that !

btw..Im not about to do all the stuff stated above.  Just trying to make a 
point.
