3.09 is not really being supported.  The current version is 3.11.55 
and runs through TWGS (Trade Wars Game Server).  It would require 
your sysop pay $45 to register twgs I think, but am not sure on this. 
 TWGS is a stand-alone tradewars server, but it can be configured to 
run behind a bbs still.  While it has been nearly a year since the 
last revision, 3.11.55 as it stands is fairly bug free.  Check out
