Since you choose to address this issue as a matter of interpretation of the 
English language, I suggest you use a dictionary. Perhaps  "abherration" is a 
local word for you, in which case my apology, I would be fascinated to know 
your locale, I thought that I was familiar with even obscure English dialects.

This has been addressed by the Supreme Court and the potential for mistakes 
has been judged to be reasonable from society's viewpoint. Therefore, your 
viewpoint is an abherration.
