I'm not suggesting that Israel has no right to defend itself from
suicide bombers and the like.  But Israel continues to allow
settlements in territory that it occupied in 1967. Nearly everyone
agrees that the only solution to the problem is a Palestinian state,
but Israel is allowing it's citizens to dig in on the land which a
Palestinian state must occupy.

Concerning Middle East dictators and the Saudis, I agree completely.  

I also agree abortion is wrong and should be against the law.
A fetal heartbeat can be detected by about 4 weeks gestation, and 100%
of all surgical abortions take place after this point.  However, a very
high percentage of women using "abortion pills" do so between 2-4 weeks
(0-2 weeks after they have missed their period), so you'd really have
to define life as the point of conception to stop all of those. I think
life begins at conception, but I'm not the guy who gets to define what
life is.
