Yes, its called martial law. Thats what happens when repeated attacks
are made against a society, and if we don't take steps to stop it now, it
could escalate to that point. I know Hollywood (not the TW player ;) ) is
cheesy, but the movie The Siege is a vivid example of what may happen, and I
found it to be quite moving even before September 11th. The military now
has the right to hold indefinately any U.S. citizen found to be engaged in
military action against U.S. troops (John Walker?? right name?), and I honestly
don't know what we need to do to stop NON-Americans from destroying the civil
rights of Americans. Perhaps a culling is in order....
