I think the easiest way to get you these answers would to be just head over to 
the warm up game, all the ships are there.
I will answer best I can here

IG
Wolverine
Rave
Kittymoon

Only ship without a pod is the Crusader and of course the POD it self.

The CEO ship is the predator
Tholian goes to the shroud
Only ship that cant land is the Wolverine

Both the Tempest and the Kittymoon require fed comish
Kittymoon requires a rank of Leutenant SG.
If there is anything else you cant fill in via the game at my server let me 
know but it would be easier to find them there.
