Pulp Fiction he played the owner of a house where the 2 main hit men turned up 
to clean up their car, after they accidently shot their mate in the back seat.

He also played a complete nutcase in dusk till dawn, of which he directed the 
first half.

True Romance is another classic of his but I can't think of a cameo by him in 
that one...
Also theres a tv series ALIAS where he played a guest star appearance for a 
couple of episodes.. 

Thats about all I can think off at the moment :)
