But you miss my point... let me put it another way... Screwing up doesn't 
make something/someone forever bad or guarantee that something/someone 
can't improve and one day be great or good.. on the other hand.. wining an 
award, under any circumstance, doesn't guarantee or mean that something/or 
someone is forever a good thing or guaranteed great or trustworthy.

Just like your restaurant experience.. you had a bad one and you now have a 
poor opinion of the place.. .. doesn't make any difference how many awards 
it won ... before or after your visit...It will never be any more than a 
bad place to eat in your opinion and the fact that it once won an award or 
won an award after your visit, doesn't make that experience any less 
distasteful and probably won't change your opinion any......

If  you're going to discount Animals experience and poo poo his opinion, 
then you also have to do the same with silvers award and his opinion of 
himself/server.

Wouldn't surprise me if I don't make sense.. but someone out there might 
get what I mean :)
