My thought is that with it involving 3 different games it was probably over 
a longer time period than a week. And why shouldn't he judge your sysop 
abilities by his experiences whether they are based on a week or a year. 
You seem to base your superior qualities as a sysop on an award from a year 
ago that was voted on not long after the most popular server shut down 
and  your board was only one of a few out there. To base your failures as a 
sysop in your fist week may be unfair but I think so is using an old one 
time award to prove your quality as a sysop.
