What do you mean there's nothing we can do. We offer the better players free 
drinks, and have a cash bar for the newbies. That should even it up a bit 
<GRIN>.

Why do people insist that newbies should be able to compete?

Nothing we can do (short of training them for several months) will
enable them to compete.
