If your saying that a few edits are not being disclosed then by all means withhold the .twa... Guys like yourself, Prestone, Kemper, etc are excellent strategists and game planners. This leaves newbie teams behind in the dust before the game even started. I would rather see a game baned with no edits announced at all. Just this simple words in this example: "5000 sectors, 750 turns, light edit ships, light edit planets" That's it. This forces everyone equally to figure out the edits for themselves, maybe even give a newbie team a fighting chance if they can figure out the edits quick enough. My problem, though, SG, is not you wanting the .twa file. It is how you handled the issue. Silver Dragon made a decision and he is sticking to his guns and he is hell a lot better than Bad girl with the emphasis on BAD as in bad moderator and game op. I doubt Silver Dragon is gonna hide anything cuz he sure as hell aint gonna drop the ball by doing a "babsy" in the USO. There's a word of the day for her.
