Silver Dragon is now in charge of USO and BOTE, so he gets the fun job of being 
bitched at by everyone for a good
year prolly.  something to really look forward to.  i for
<insert bad word here>ing one am happy he's in charge of these games and
surely he will do a good job of promotion and run them honest.

there is nothing wrong with NOT releasing edits/.twa
before the game starts, even if he said he would.
the problem is when the game is not as advertised on the 
website.  the problem is when the edits are ALWAYS wrong
and some years they are changed, some years they are not.
the good thing about releasing the .twa is that it WILL be played beforehand 
and any mistakes(i see) will be told to him. it's really just a trade off.

only thing i have a problem with is ANYONE getting the 
..twa.  doesn't seem fair for a few sysops to get it and nobody else.
