Those of us who weren't sure if SG would come up with good edits or not, could see for ourselves first and make a decision to play or not; there could be no issue of some people seeing the edits before hand and others not; there could be no mistakes with advertised edits being different from the edits used. Further, the serious corps will work out most of the edits anyway from the practice games, its much less of a pain in the arse to do it from the .twa file. Its not a huge deal, but it certainly was real nice/smooth to just download the ..twa file for HHT this year.
