He wanted them to get a TWA file exactly what I dont want to do there killa 
heh. And the reason for witholding the TWA has nothing to do with edits as I 
have stated many times before. Never has been done before and I wont do it now

If your not hiding any edits there is no reason to with hold the .twa  file...
After all if all edits are posted then it can be recreated and anyone  can make 
a .twa file...

You have stated that you will allow anyone access to tedit to see the  edits,,

Kemper has asked to see them and you have denied him...

What more would you like to prove urself?
