He rarely stands by any decision. It is frequent that he makes a decision one day only to have a different one another day. If I wanted a game of chance and luck, I'd play dice. When a sysop tell's me he is going to do something he does it. He doesn't say he is going to do something and then let other people change thier mind. Wake up peeps...If your still going to play Insist on Enforcable Rules so the sysop can't one day change his mind after talking to some players.
