If you are going to give it to any other twgs servers the people that normally play on those servers will be at an advangte to the others. Edits always find a way to be leaked in icq conversations, private email, etc. I would recommend a few options. 1) don't release it at all, no warm up game. 2) Release it a week before the start of the game the same time the warm up game starts. 3) Don't release it but post a warm up game with 0 turns so the edits can be viewed but no one gets to move around.
