I have decided not to put up the USO .TWA file for public download. Ya ya I 
know I said I would but I changed my mind after speaking with a few people and 
thinking on the matter. I dont want the game out there for everyone to play and 
get sick of and over plan on. I will run the game on monday the 6th at midnight 
eastern! This will be your best chance to feel the game out. I will give it to 
one or two other sysops to run at later dates for those who cant make this one. 
But I dont want everyone to have it, I think it will detract from the actual 
game. Sorry if this bothers anyone but its what I decided to be in the best 
intrest of the game. I mean the edits are pretty well posted anyway so it 
shouldnt be a huge deal.
