This is in no way innovative, just about every tournament releases its edits 
early for some sort of practice game. It happens for every tourny every year. 
And it is to prevent what you state. The more servers that run the TWA file 
means everyone who wants to play will get a chance to practice with their team. 
I am sure the edits will be run on 3 or more servers at different times. This 
is the goal of getting the edits out there. It is also good advertisement. So I 
dont think anyone is getting any type of advantage, youre only hurting yourself 
if you dont take one of the many chances to practice.

I do have a couple of itchy feelings though about opening a practice game with 
the final edits as well as making the .twa file available.  These are that 
players at Hardcoded as well as those that ask for the .twa file for their 
servers will have totally unfair advance practice and training options over the 
new or at least unknown players coming in for 1st time from small or new sites. 
It is indeed an innovative feature for the USO!
