Silver WILL run a fair game.  People WILL try to find a way around the rules.  
People WILL bitch and complain this game, no matter what.  the majority, if not 
all,  tournaments have had bitching, moaning, complaining...or whatever. Come 
on all you naive people....just take a look at past games.

Oh hey Silver you do know that if you are put in a situation where you have to 
make a decision about someone breaking a rule or not.   That no matter what 
your decision is, it will never be right for one side or the other...and of 
course it will lead to a whole bunch of bickering and name calling and he 
said...she said <insert bad word here>...hahaha...I'm sure you'll have a good 
laugh.  I can't wait to see what will be put on this forum about this years 
uso.
