I left the rules just slightly open ended for a reason. Last year people went 
crazy exploiting the exact wording of the rule as you are. They are guidelines, 
 it very much depends on the situation before I can determine if a rule is 
broken or not. Just use your best judgement or ask me when the situation 
arises. It will take an extreme case before I disqualify a team for breaking a 
rule with out 1 or 2 or 3 warnings before hand. The game isnt about the rules. 
Just play the game. I cant enforce some of them yes youre right but that 
ddoesnt mean players should feel its leagle.

By your  written rule i would say yes...
As normal discussion doenst mirror fig messages,,,

Im not trying to pick apart any rules..
im just asking you publish clear and enforcable rules.

After all if you cant enforce it..why even mention it?
