Basically, instead of progressing his career and spending the necessary time with his family, he was playing TW. Being a business owner, I fully understand what he was saying. If there are no time limits, you almost have to be online all the time in major games. That is just too much a distraction at work. I voluntarily play majors, so I realize the task I am taking on.
