 I did a google search for ISP reviews. the link was titled the 10 Best
 ISP's but only talkes about the Top Three.
 i had heard good things about Copper Net before.
I am stil strugginling with a smal llocal supplier that is not to ogod
but I like theri price of $8.25/mont5hy with a One year prepay. And NO
credit card required. TWO of my requirements for an ISP.
