MK>I have never seen them in Staples or any other like store in these parts. I MK>am going to order I'd order from someplace that knows what they are talking MK>about and not from those types of places. They just move whatever lame MK>hardware/software they figure they can move in vast quantities without tryin MK>too hard. If they happen to have what I am looking for then great. If not MK>then I look elsewhere which is usually what I have to do. Also living in th MK>boonies a trip to Staples, or whatever other likewise place, costs too much MK>these days so shopping is starting to take on new meaning and can't afford t MK>waste time looking for things that they probably don't have. Wel no argument form me about the Knowledge of the Typical Staples or Office DEpot clerk about Computers. BUT at times in hte part they have had "Cannot Pass On" deals. I have gotten several Hard Drives form them i ndays past. And they were good about paying off the Mail In Rebate. I make it a regulat routine ot lok at their Subnday Ad, Along with Fry's to see what they are pushing this week. Last week I picked up a 1 Gig PNY USB flash drive for $59. I alkready had a 512 and jumped on that one because it had a Win98SE driver. Guess What. The 1 gig will not work with that driver and there is NONE avaiable from PNY that works with it. --- þ SLMR 2.1a þ This note from El Cajon California USA * Origin: Try Our Web Based QWK: DOCSPLACE.ORG (1:123/140) .
