Thank you, Jim. Matt is most esteemed by all here for his patience,
knowledge, and kindness to share. I have never met him but like all
here feel as if I know him as a friend. Matt would be the kind of guy
to start an aid organisation something like the Thunderbirds.

Speaking of which it appears the US government has been slow as
molasses to react in a significant way. Perhaps bureaucratic inertia
or a lack of communication but things are sure to get out of hand
quickly the longer inaction continues. Not everybody is a McGyver.
