 YES and NO. How many timjes have the Bottom Level machainc screwed up
 and COVERED it up??
 LOTS more trhyen we want ot talk about. Inm those Cases, Like the
 Welders layering welding rod to finish their passes faster is WWII. IT
 happens and there is NO WAY the QA people OR Management can do
 anything about it when it happens.
It is all a matter of Work Ethic and Honesty. And we have produced a
population having the LOWEST Work Ethic and Honesty in the History of
this Country in oue Wrok force.   :-)  :-)  :-)
BUT the CRY is that you Absolutly cannot Teach Moral issues.
