I think I'd heard something about that,  but know of no details on them.  I 
hadn't heard about the no-heater aspect of it either.  Nice to know that 
somebody's worried about EMP,  most of what's out there any more is going to 
turn into scrap if that ever happens,  and I know of some folks that _are_ a 
bit worried about that...
