Earlier this week, we had a couple days of 95+, with air quality alerts to boot. OK, but I found an _excellent_ writeup on repairing the newer 9.9/15HP models on internet. Most of the procedures should be about the same. When the right year pops up at Ebay, I'll probably spring for the Service Manual for this one. I know, S.M. no doubt virtually identical for this model run 1964-1973, but for resale later, it might be a small help to have the exact year match. Besides, I won't start the real work until cold weather gets here. JP> Leaving tomorrow, three days early for Kamouraska. I might use JP> my rejuvenated 4 hp very soon. Music to my ears. I'd guess even cooler up there - - farther north and with the width of river full of cold water up there adding dampness. BTW, about what is the temperature of River water up at Kamouraska this time of year? BIR you have strong tides, but is the water fresh at K, or salt/brackish? Any fish to be caught there this time of year? JP> Regards to S. Same from here to L. How do they put up with us? - - - JimH. ....
