I did have an APPLE II+ CA>> though. If the LISA followed the prevailing philosophy of CA>> the APPLE computer then I would say it was the consistency CA>> that made the difference. TW> It was a FULL Quantium Leap into the Graphichal User TW> Interface. Not like the Apple II at all basicly. I _did_ see pictures of the LISA and read various reviews. I was online using "The Source" and reading the APPLE SIG there. TW> It was a short lived production run Yes, it was too expensive for the time. TW> thouhg as it was replaced by the MAc a short time later. TW> But the MAC used the same basic GUI, Reportedly Stolen from TW> Xerox. The 'concept' of a graphical user interface was copied by both Jobs and Gates. Once WOZ was no longer active at APPLE I lost interest in the company and purchased a RS Color Computer which was one of the few that had color displays at that time other than APPLE. The CoCo had OS9 for $99 and was quite popular with the hardware types at BYTE magazine. The first MacIntosh were B&W btw. :-) > > , , > o/ Charles.Angelich \o , > <| |> __o/ > / > USA, MI < \ __\__ --- * ATP/16bit 2.31 * ....
