I wouldn't quite go that far.  For a demo thingy it is pretty good as long as 
you are using a standard homebased PC setup, whatever that means.  Anything 
oddball and Knoppix has serious problems even booting.  The hardcore Linux user 
could probably make their own anyhow so Knoppix isn't really aimed at those 
people.

For general usage Knppix is fine and with the additional bloat Windows users 
will find it quite attractive.
